Biography

Wajdi has what exceeds 30 years of experience in the auditing domain, leadership of an auditing team,
and liquidation and merging of companies. He is a founding accomplice in the company since the year
2023 and maintains the role of the general manager.
Licensed by both an Accounting & Finance degree and a Management & Marketing degree from the
Lebanese University, Wajdi is a licensed auditor, sworn before the courts, and registered within the
Association of Certified Public Accountants under the number 1701. He, also, participated in a number
of international and local conferences and seminars.
Wajdi offers and has offered various financial, tax and administrative consulting for different clients in
different fields. Some of which are summed up with consumer products trading, restaurants, hotels,
food Industries, garment factories, printing press, advertising, publishing, construction, real estate and
its management, insurance, public relations, agricultural products, poultry and livestock breeding,
engineering companies, oil derivatives trading, building materials manufacturer, electronics and
technology trading, transportation, car rental, tourism, travel, communications and others.
